Role  Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join the Spoke Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of order execution, handling import and export shipments to support the global distribution of pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners to maintain supply chain integrity.

Responsibilities
-Coordinate the global distribution of pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
-Manage daily supply order processing, including generating and tracking export and import documentation.
-Book, monitor, and proactively respond to potential issues with shipments, solving service and logistics challenges as they arise.
-Handle the return process efficiently and coordinate with third-party logistics providers and other supply chain partners.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, affiliates, distributors, and external logistics providers.
-Represent the team in cross-functional projects, contributing insights to improve supply chain processes.
-Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement process improvements.
-Support the review and enhancement of Order-to-Cash policies and procedures.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GMP and GDP standards and relevant compliance requirements.
-Collaborate with Corporate Planning, Distribution, and Quality teams to execute disaster recovery and contingency plans.
-Perform additional duties as needed to support the smooth functioning of the supply chain.

Requirements:
-Master’s or Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of supply chain experience, preferably within GMP or GDP regulated environments.
-Strong multitasking skills and ability to work effectively within an international team.
-Good computer literacy and experience with ERP systems.
-Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
-Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
-Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
