- Develop and implement replenishment strategies for raw materials across all European factories and co-packers, aligning with company policies.
- Regularly review and adjust planning parameters using SAP, Kinaxis, and other systems to ensure accurate forecast and procurement activities.
- Generate purchase orders that balance inventory investment with the need for reliable production schedules, ensuring 100% order confirmation within the planning horizon.
- Manage supply disruptions or shortages by proposing and executing contingency measures, including alternative suppliers or recipes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Quality, Finance, Warehouses, Logistics) and external suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and incident tracking for critical supply issues, leading crisis management efforts when necessary.
- Maintain high-quality data within planning systems and oversee activities related to obsolescence, disposal, or material returns to prevent unnecessary costs.
- Support ongoing improvements in supply chain processes and supplier relationships to align with strategic goals.
- Monitor supplier performance and participate in reviews, providing relevant data and insights.
- Engage with stakeholders using systems like IMOS, COMOS, and SMOS to facilitate efficient collaboration and decision-making.
Requirements:
- HBO or university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), preferably with supply chain experience.
- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and planning processes.
- Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, and data analysis tools like PowerBi; experience with advanced planning systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and/or English; additional European languages such as French, German, or Polish are advantageous.
- Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers.
