Job Description
Our client is looking for a Digital Commerce & Consumer Insights Manager to support strategic decision-making across digital commerce and media. This role is focused on turning consumer, market, and category data into clear, actionable insights that help guide business direction. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, bringing together different data sources and translating findings into compelling recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and category developments to identify new opportunities and emerging shifts
- Analyse and combine data from multiple sources to build a clear and consistent view of the market
- Translate complex findings into clear, engaging stories and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Support cross-functional discussions by bringing an objective, insight-led perspective
- Lead research activities from brief to output, ensuring projects are delivered effectively
- Work closely with external research partners and agencies to ensure high-quality insight delivery
- Help shape decisions related to digital commerce and media through strong analysis and strategic thinking

Requirements
- Experience in consumer insights, market insights, category insights, or a similar strategic insights role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Confident communicator who can present insights in a simple and compelling way
- Experience working with multiple data sources and research inputs
- Able to manage stakeholders and work effectively across different teams
- Background in a consumer-focused, retail, digital commerce, or similar environment is preferred
