Role Description
As you are responsible for operating high-tech manufacturing equipment in compliance with GMP standards while continuously driving process improvements. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring consistent product quality and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate semi-automated production lines in accordance with GMP and internal procedures.
- Ensure accurate execution of changeovers, monitoring, and fine-tuning of process parameters.
- Collect, document, and analyze process data within SAP or MES systems.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to lean initiatives.
- Escalate issues in a timely manner and participate in troubleshooting activities.
- Conduct shift handovers and ensure all operational and administrative tasks are completed accurately.
- Support ongoing training and maintain compliance with all safety and quality regulations.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement projects and optimize production processes.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in GMP or ISO-certified environments.
- Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies, with Yellow or Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency in operating ERP systems such as SAP or MES.
- Technical or Process MBO diploma, VAPRO A and B, or advanced LEAN/Six Sigma training.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently alone or as part of a team and adapt to shift work.
- Skilled in data analysis and process documentation.
