About the Role:
As a QA Specialist, you ensure daily quality assurance activities that support product release and uninterrupted production within a consumer packaging environment. You manage validations, verifications, and follow up on quality investigations to maintain compliance and high product standards. You monitor project results and drive short-term improvement initiatives to strengthen overall quality performance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform validations and verifications to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and follow up on quality investigations, ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality KPIs and project results to support product release and production continuity.
- Drive short-term improvement initiatives to enhance processes and overall quality performance.
- Conduct shop floor observation rounds and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain GMP and operational excellence.

Requirements:
- HBO-level education or equivalent in Quality Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in QA roles, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, GMP standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
