Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Process Technician to join our client's production team. This role involves operating and maintaining high-tech pharmaceutical production lines in a GMP environment. The goal is to produce high-quality medicines safely and efficiently, while supporting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Operate production lines following standard procedures and GMP rules.
- Record and analyze process data using ERP systems like SAP and MES.
- Adjust equipment and processes to keep everything running smoothly.
- Work closely with team leaders to meet production goals.
- Find ways to improve processes and solve problems using trouble-shooting tools.
- Take responsibility for shift handovers, logistics, and documentation.
- Report issues early and participate in improvement projects.
Requirements
- Experience working in manufacturing, in a GMP or ISO environment.
- Experience working with SAP and MES systems.
- Good problem-solving skills, accurate, and proactive.
- Flexible availability for shifts, overtime, and weekends.
