Job Description
As a Manufacturing Technician, the individual is responsible for operating and maintaining advanced production lines within a GMP environment. This role involves ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with quality standards. It also includes troubleshooting equipment and process issues, analyzing data to optimize operations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to efficiently deliver high-quality medicines.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production lines
- Perform changeovers and troubleshoot issues
- Collect and analyze process data in SAP/MES
- Collaborate with team to meet production goals
- Identify process improvements using LEAN and Six Sigma
- Ensure proper documentation and shift handovers
Requirements
- Experience in GMP manufacturing as a process/technical operator
- Experience in LEAN/Continuous Improvement with Yellow/Green Belt
- Experience with SAP/MES systems
- Flexible shifts
