About the Role
This role is ideal for a results-driven technician with strong technical and analytical skills, responsible for running high-tech production lines. The technician ensures product quality, compliance, and process efficiency while working in a collaborative team environment across shifts..
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production lines according to SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Document and analyse process data using SAP/MES
- Collaborate with team members and line leads to meet production goals
- Escalate and troubleshoot atypical events using LEAN tools
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper shift handovers and training compliance
- Support related logistics and administrative tasks
- Maintain process continuity and proactively seek improvements
Requirements
- 10+ years in manufacturing (preferably GMP/GDP or ISO certified)
- 5+ years in LEAN, Six Sigma, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Lean/Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification
- Experience with SAP/MES and SOPs
- MBO (technical/process) or VAPRO A/B certification
- Advanced LEAN/Six Sigma training
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and verbal)
- Strong team player with analytical mindset and ownership attitude
- Willingness to work in 3-shift system, overtime, and weekend work.
