The Role
The role focuses on supporting healthcare innovation by contributing to the development, testing, or production of medical solutions. It typically involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality standards, and helping bring safe, effective products to market.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process deviations on the production floor.

Perform daily yield analyses and follow up on process performance.

Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Investigate technical issues and identify production bottlenecks.

Support engineering activities to improve processes and product designs.

Evaluate and select equipment, materials, and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Facilitate experiments, capability studies, and process tool development.

Analyze new systems and equipment for continuous improvement opportunities.

Edit and publish process documentation and training materials.
- Promote safety, quality, and service standards in all activities.
Requirements
- Minimum vocational-level education, preferably a technical degree, with 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a highly regulated industry.

Excellent command of both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills to work effectively within teams and cross-functional groups.

Able to work full-time onsite (40 hours/week) in a cleanroom and highly regulated environment, with a proactive safety, quality, and service mindset.

Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, product and process validations, and familiarity with GMP, QSR, MDD/EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 11979 standards. Knowledge of Design Control processes and LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification are preferred.
