The Role
The role focuses on supporting healthcare innovation by contributing to the development, testing, or production of medical solutions. It typically involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality standards, and helping bring safe, effective products to market.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process deviations on the production floor.

• Perform daily yield analyses and follow up on process performance.

• Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Investigate technical issues and identify production bottlenecks.

• Support engineering activities to improve processes and product designs.

• Evaluate and select equipment, materials, and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Facilitate experiments, capability studies, and process tool development.

• Analyze new systems and equipment for continuous improvement opportunities.

• Edit and publish process documentation and training materials.

• Promote safety, quality, and service standards in all activities.

• Minimum vocational-level education, preferably a technical degree, with 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a highly regulated industry.

• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills to work effectively within teams and cross-functional groups.

• Able to work full-time onsite (40 hours/week) in a cleanroom and highly regulated environment, with a proactive safety, quality, and service mindset.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, product and process validations, and familiarity with GMP, QSR, MDD/EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 11979 standards. Knowledge of Design Control processes and LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification are preferred.
