We're looking for an Systems Support Engineer to join our client's team, a leading global healthcare company based in Breda. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with some industry experience to step into a dynamic and supportive environment where technology meets manufacturing excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Help implement and test technology solutions that improve manufacturing reliability and efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate and maintain systems such as Systech, ensuring consistent performance.
- Identify and support opportunities for operational and system improvements.
- Troubleshoot technology systems and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Document new system processes clearly and train end users effectively.
- Stay informed about trends in manufacturing tech to bring fresh insights to the team.
- Promote a mindset of continuous improvement across systems and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Around 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally with exposure to IT or operations technology.
- Basic understanding of IT applications and how they support manufacturing.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment and/or packaging systems is a big plus.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Comfortable integrating systems and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Able to create clear documentation and user guides.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Adaptable and responsive to changing project needs.
- Organized, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
- Enthusiastic about problem-solving and driving small but meaningful improvements.
