Role Description
Your role as a Medical Information Customer Service Officer is to provide medical support and advise to inquiring customers via phone or emails.

Responsibilities
– Responsible for addressing inquiries from customers both in phone and in mails.
– Responsible for reporting product quality complaints and escalating them to the proper department.
– Responsible for providing responses in customer’s local language (Dutch) by translating English approved resources.
– Responsible for documenting the inquiries and responses accurately and completely according to company standards.

Requirements
– Excellent communication skills both in Dutch and English. German or French a big plus.
– Experience in the medical field is a must
– Customer service experience
– Knowledge in Sales Force and MS office
