Role description
With expertise in pharmaceuticals you will oversee the projects from initiation through completion. In this capacity, you will contribute significantly to the planning, organization, and integration of our strategic projects to achieve well-defined outcomes. This role entails collaborating with senior leaders both locally and globally to guarantee the execution of initiatives, necessitating the capability to operate with minimal guidance, the agility to act promptly, and adaptability while ensuring the delivery of top-notch results within set timelines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities
-Maintaining close collaboration with local subject matter experts (SMEs) and workstream leads focusing on technical content.
-Ensuring alignment of local execution with the global project team and stakeholders.
-Utilizing standard project management (PM) practices such as Gantt charts, action and decision logs, RACIs, risk registers, meeting agendas and minutes, and established processes.
-Providing Project Management Office (PMO) support for your assigned project.
-Serving as an advocate for the site’s project governance and offering guidance and assistance to colleagues as necessary.

Requirements
-Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sciences coupled with over 10 years of Project Management experience.
-Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within the life sciences domain (biotechnology/pharmaceuticals/medical devices).
-Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing technology transfers, equipment commissioning, qualification, and process validation.
-Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective communication of progress, opportunities, and risks to all stakeholders.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet, or an equivalent project management tool, is essential.
-Ability to grasp and adapt to new concepts swiftly.
-Preferably holds a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
