About the Role


As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of semi-automated production lines. You will monitor production processes, solve technical issues, perform equipment set-ups and changeovers, and help maintain efficient manufacturing operations. Working in a highly regulated environment, you'll play an important role in delivering products that meet strict quality and compliance standards while contributing to process improvements.


Responsibilities


 

  • Operate and monitor semi-automated production equipment
  • Perform machine set-ups, line changeovers, and production start-ups
  • Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues
  • Complete production documentation accurately in SAP/MES systems
  • Ensure GMP documentation is completed correctly and on time
  • Support deviation investigations and corrective actions
  • Carry out routine cleaning and equipment maintenance activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
  • Collaborate closely with Production, QA, and Engineering teams
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant workplace


Qualifications

 
  • Experience as a Technical or Process Operator in an automated production environment
  • Experience within manufacturing, preferably in a GMP-regulated industry
  • Familiarity with SAP, MES, or similar production systems
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
  • Experience with troubleshooting techniques such as 5 Why, RCA, TPM, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to work in shifts and commute to Breda
