Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Innovation Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-business innovation initiatives. This role involves managing complex projects that span hardware, software, AI, regulatory, and supply chain domains. The successful candidate will drive innovative, AI-enabled medical and consumer health solutions from concept through to market launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead large, multi-business innovation programs, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of new platforms and products.
- Transform customer, clinical, and consumer insights into innovative solutions, architecture decisions, and value creation strategies.
- Oversee the entire innovation lifecycle, including concept development, validation, verification, regulatory readiness, industrialization, and deployment.
- Maximize value across multiple Philips businesses by promoting platform thinking and reusable solutions.
- Manage program scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risks, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and medical regulations such as FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams including R&D, Data Science/AI, Design, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Manufacturing.
- Facilitate program governance through steering committees and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear decision-making.
- Integrate AI/ML technologies into products and management workflows, applying system engineering principles across hardware, embedded software, cloud services, and systems.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data governance, interoperability, and clinical/consumer workflow integration.
- Build strategic external relationships with partners, suppliers, academic institutions, and industry forums.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across diverse locations, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements, tooling, reporting, and capability development within the organization.


Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, technology, biomedical, systems engineering, or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience leading complex, multi-site innovation or product development programs.
- Proven successful track record in bringing medical devices, digital/AI solutions, or consumer health products from concept to market.
- Experience with AI/ML-driven products and leveraging AI tools in program management.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, IPMA, SAFe are highly preferred.
