Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Deployment Coordinator to lead the successful deployment of a new ERP system across multiple factories. This role involves taking ownership of deployment activities, coordinating efforts among various teams, and ensuring smooth integration and testing of processes on-site.


Responsibilities

  • Own the deployment readiness for the production sites involved.
  • Coordinate local execution across all workstreams, including Make, Maintain, Quality, Plan, R&D, and Delivery.
  • Lead testing, training, and cutover activities at each site.
  • Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies during deployment.
  • Align site teams with leadership to ensure smooth communication and progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for deployment-related activities at each location.
  • Drive collaboration between different departments and stakeholders, including factory management and process owners.
  • Ensure that operational procedures, work instructions, and quality standards are tested and properly documented.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams, both hierarchical and non-hierarchical.
  • Support stakeholders through motivation and clear communication, especially during change implementation.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in supply chain improvements, ERP deployment, or project delivery.
  • Proven experience with SAP implementations, cutovers, and large-scale business transformations.
  • Preferably with a background in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work seamlessly with managers, operators, and change agents.
  • Hands-on, action-oriented approach with excellent time and task management.
  • Confident in communicating with diverse teams and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to motivate others and manage change effectively.
  • Location-specific presence on-site for quality control, production coordination, and logistics.
  • Experience or familiarity with production processes is a significant advantage.
