Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Site Deployment Coordinator to lead the successful deployment of a new ERP system across multiple factories. This role involves taking ownership of deployment activities, coordinating efforts among various teams, and ensuring smooth integration and testing of processes on-site. Responsibilities Own the deployment readiness for the production sites involved. Coordinate local execution across all workstreams, including Make, Maintain, Quality, Plan, R&D, and Delivery. Lead testing, training, and cutover activities at each site. Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies during deployment. Proven experience with SAP implementations, cutovers, and large-scale business transformations. Preferably with a background in manufacturing environments. Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work seamlessly with managers, operators, and change agents. Hands-on, action-oriented approach with excellent time and task management. Confident in communicating with diverse teams and levels of the organization. Ability to motivate others and manage change effectively.
