Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support manufacturing operations across multiple production lines, including automated, semi-automated, and manual processes. This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to following GMP standards and operating procedures. You will work as part of a central manufacturing team, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production lines according to established operating procedures
- Supporting automated, semi-automated, and manual manufacturing processes
- Follow GMP and standard work practices in daily operations
- Collaborate with operators, technicians, and line leads to achieve production goals
- Support shift handovers and ensure accurate communication between teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Escalate issues to the appropriate line lead when necessary
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and production outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all required training and certification deadlines
- Support manufacturing activities across different production lines as needed
- Contribute to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and performance objectives

Requirements:
- MBO Level 2 or equivalent vocational education
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience within pharmaceutical, GMP, or GDP environments preferred
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience following Standard Operating Procedures
- Experience working in multicultural teams
- Understanding of continuous improvement principles

Other Information:
- Contract Duration: 7 months
- Shift Pattern: 3 shift rotation
