Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance Manager to join our client’s team. This role is central to managing financial performance and providing strategic insights within the Personal Care Supply Chain across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing planning, forecasting, cost control, and performance management, supporting the business in achieving its financial objectives in a dynamic and innovative environment.


Responsibilities
-Lead performance management initiatives, including monitoring cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics.
-Conduct regular reviews of performance against plans, providing clear commentary on variances and risks.
-Drive planning and forecasting for supply chain overheads and operational costs.
-Collaborate with senior management to interpret financial data, highlighting trends and efficiencies to guide decision-making.
-Perform scenario analysis and financial modeling to evaluate cost implications and operational strategies.
-Translate complex data into clear narratives, supporting a data-driven decision culture.
-Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and governance standards.
-Continuously improving finance processes, reporting accuracy, and team capabilities.
-Mentor and develop junior team members within the finance function, exemplifying strong leadership behaviors.

Requirements
-Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management within a supply chain or FMCG environment.
-Strong background in budgeting, cost analysis, and managing key financial KPIs such as working capital and gross margin.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
-Leadership experience, managing at least two direct reports.
-Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) and able to start immediately or by July at the latest.
