Job Description:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to oversee the assembly process at our bus manufacturing plant. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient production of buses, maintaining high standards of quality, and supporting ongoing improvements within a dynamic, future-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for safety, quality, and productivity during your shift
- Achieve key performance indicators such as OEE and output targets
- Lead a team of approximately 15 employees, focusing on team development through evaluations and managing absenteeism
- Be visible on the shop floor, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
- Escalate issues and coordinate the optimal deployment of personnel and resources
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects
- Contribute to the factory’s annual planning and long-term investment initiatives
- Oversee a designated work area within the assembly department, ensuring safety, quality, autonomous maintenance, and technical improvements
- Collaborate closely with other production managers, operators, technical teams, and supporting departments like maintenance, SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), QA/QC, Continuous Improvement, Planning, and HR

Requirements:
- HBO level education or equivalent (BSc or higher), preferably in a technical or business discipline
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on team management and performance
- Experience working within a 5-shift system is preferred
- Knowledge of Lean, WCOM, or similar improvement methodologies, and practical application on the shop floor
- Experience with change management and successful implementation of improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills within and outside the immediate team
- Decisive, analytical, and capable of providing visible leadership in a complex environment
