Role Description
As Senior Associate Supply Chain, you will support warehouse capacity planning and analytics across multiple sites. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse capacity data, developing dashboards and automated reporting, and providing insights that enable effective planning and governance. Working closely with planning teams, site SMEs, and system owners, you will help identify capacity risks, improve data quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and validate warehouse capacity data across assigned sites
  • Develop and maintain warehouse capacity dashboards and automated reporting
  • Perform capacity analyses and identify utilization trends and risks
  • Support warehouse planning and governance processes with analytical insights
  • Monitor data quality and escalate capacity or reporting issues where necessary
  • Collaborate with planning teams, site SMEs, and system owners to ensure accurate data
  • Execute initiatives from the Warehouse Capacity Roadmap
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse reporting and planning processes
  • Deliver standardized reports and analyses to support operational decision-making

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Experience with SAP (inventory management, capacity planning, Plan-to-Stock)
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with Power BI and Databricks is preferred
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, or Root Cause Analysis is advantageous
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
