About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technical equipment and facility-related projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning and supplier selection through installation, testing, qualification, and final handover.
This position is ideal for a technically minded project professional who enjoys working with engineering teams, equipment vendors, and operational stakeholders to deliver complex projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities

Manage technical projects involving manufacturing equipment, process systems, utilities, and facility improvements.

Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities from concept to completion.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and external contractors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with equipment suppliers and service providers.

Oversee supplier contracts, commercial discussions, and change management processes.

Organize and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to ensure equipment meets project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.

At least 5 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects in an industrial environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, process technologies, automation, and utility systems.

Proven experience working with equipment vendors, contractors, and third-party suppliers.

Experience managing contracts, project budgets, schedules, and project risks.

Hands-on involvement in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and equipment delivery projects.
