Job Description:
We are looking for a Shift Manufacturing Technician (Pharmaceutical Production) to support day-to-day manufacturing activities on a production line. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows procedures carefully, and can stay focused in a fast-paced environment. The technician will work within a flexible team setup and may rotate across different production lines, ranging from manual to semi-automated and fully automated processes.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a production line according to approved operating procedures and standard work
- Work closely with operators and the line led to meet daily targets for safety, quality, and delivery
- Switch between production lines and tasks when required, supporting a flexible workforce setup
- Identify issues, escalate deviations when needed, and communicate clearly and factually
- Contribute to shift handovers and ensure good transfer of information between teams
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting practical enhancements in daily work
- Ensure required trainings are completed within deadlines and follow site standards at all times

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical/regulated production is preferred)
- Comfortable working according to SOPs and standard work instructions
- A structured, accurate, and reliable working style with a strong sense of ownership
- Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Flexible and willing to work in shift patterns
- Strong team mindset and confidence working with colleagues from different backgrounds

This is an on-site role in the Breda area within a structured production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are key.
