Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our client's team in Leiden. The role involves ensuring the quality of engineering processes and products, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality meets specified requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Support process improvements and contribute to the development of quality assurance protocols.
- Document and report on quality metrics and non-conformances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality engineering within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Good communication skills in English and Dutch (preference).
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, combining onsite and remote work.
