Role Description
This role focuses on the hands on execution of brand and activation plans for a portfolio of well known food brands in the Benelux region. The Brand Manager will manage multiple campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery, strong in store presence, and alignment with brand guidelines. The position requires someone who can quickly step in and manage execution at pace.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social, and traditional media
- Manage campaign timelines and coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders
- Execute brand activations including in store displays, point of sale materials, promotions, and events
- Work closely with sales and customer marketing teams to ensure strong brand visibility at retail level
- Localize regional content in line with brand guidelines and market needs
- Align with sales, customer marketing, and activity teams on product launches and promotions
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and marketing administration
- Track campaign progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing execution
- Proven experience managing campaigns and activations end to end
- Mandatory experience in fast moving consumer goods, food industry is a strong advantage
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Experience working with SAP Fiori and Ariba
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
