Job Description:
For our client, we are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Lead (Life Sciences) to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across several countries. This person will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to global recruitment initiatives. The role suits someone who enjoys pace, ownership, and working across time zones in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and system administration.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to align on role requirements, recruitment strategy, and timelines.
- Proactively source and engage diverse candidate pools using multiple channels.
- Support and guide recruitment coordination activities to ensure a strong hiring manager and candidate experience.
- Work with external recruitment partners when needed to support hiring demand.
- Support recruitment for contract positions and collaborate with vendors where required.
- Act as a subject matter expert for parts of the recruitment process, helping drive continuous improvement and alignment across teams.
- Ensure recruitment activities are handled in line with internal policies and compliance expectations.
- Provide backup support to colleagues during peak hiring periods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of experience).
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within Pharma/Biotech/Life Sciences.
- Strong full-cycle recruitment capability, including proactive sourcing.
- Confident stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple roles and projects at once.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience with Workday and strong digital skills (Microsoft 365).
Other Information:
This is an international role with collaboration across different regions, so flexibility in working hours is important to ensure overlap with stakeholders in multiple time zones. The position offers a mix of working from home and working on-site in Utrecht, depending on business needs.
