About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply to customers within assigned geographic areas. Acting as the primary point of contact, the position manages forecasts, orders, inventory and deliveries while proactively resolving supply challenges. The role works closely with planning teams, manufacturing sites and customers to protect supply continuity and support new product introductions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and internal supply sites
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customers within the designated regions
- Receive, analyse and process customer forecasts and orders
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries
- Support new product introductions from a supply perspective
- Ensure continuous supply to end customers and safeguard supply stability
- Proactively manage and resolve supply issues through close coordination with planning teams and manufacturing sites
- Perform root cause analysis on supply disruptions and implement preventative actions
- Ensure full compliance with global, regional and local regulations and procedures
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong expertise in the role
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain, customer service or logistics within a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of forecasting, order management and inventory control
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across customers and internal teams
- Experience working with planning and manufacturing functions
- Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- High level of autonomy and accountability
- Familiarity with compliance driven environments and standard operating procedures
