Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain high-tech manufacturing equipment, ensure process compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role is vital to maintaining product quality, safety, and efficiency in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
-Operate production lines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines.
-Collect, document, and analyze process data using ERP systems such as SAP and MES.
-Monitor and fine-tune equipment and process parameters to ensure optimal performance.
-Collaborate proactively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders to meet production targets.
-Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and efficiency gains using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
-Escalate any atypical events, troubleshooting issues promptly, and participating in root cause analysis.
-Ensure proper handover between shifts, maintaining continuity of operations.
Requirements
-Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a process or technical operator in a GMP or ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
-Over 5 years’ experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5WHY, RCA, Poka Yoke).
-Holding at least a Lean/Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification.
-Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP and MES.
-Educational background: technical MBO, VAPRO A/B, or equivalent; additional Lean/Six Sigma training is desirable.
-Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
