Job Description
For a production location in Boxmeer, we are looking for a Biotech Production Support Operator to support bacteriological manufacturing activities. The role focuses on keeping production teams supplied with the right materials and support services, while working according to strict quality and safety standards in qualified areas.
Responsibilities
- Support production teams by ensuring the right materials and resources are available on time
- Handle goods flow activities such as receiving materials, organizing storage, and ordering supplies
- Perform supportive production activities such as cleaning, sterilization and operating/supporting autoclave processes
- Assist with media preparation activities and related support work (depending on team needs and experience)
- Work in accordance with procedures and safety rules in qualified production areas
- Complete production-related documentation accurately and consistently
- Register and follow up on deviations from procedures and/or equipment issues, and escalate when required
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and support improvement initiatives within the team
Requirements
- Practical vocational education level (minimum MBO level 3 or equivalent)
- Affinity with a regulated production environment and motivation to learn the processes
- Strong awareness of quality and safety standards
- Good Dutch communication skills (spoken and written)
- Cleanroom experience is a plus
- GMP experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously
