Role Description
As you are responsible for operating and maintaining production lines in a GMP-compliant manufacturing environment, ensuring consistent product quality, safety, and the timely achievement of production targets across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production lines according to SOPs and GMP standards
- Collaborate with line leads and team members to meet daily production targets
- Identify and escalate deviations or improvement opportunities
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and accurate communication
- Comply with all safety, quality, and training requirements

Requirements
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical GMP/GDP
- Experience working with SOPs
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment
- Team-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused mindset
- Knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement principles.
