Job Description
As a Manufacturing Process Technician you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production lines within a GMP-compliant environment, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of production targets across various shifts.
 
Responsibilities

• Operate on production lines in accordance with standard operating procedures, ensuring product quality and safety (folding boxes, applying labels, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and line leads to meet daily production goals.
• Escalate issues or deviations clearly and promptly to the line lead.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, follow procedures diligently, and escalate when necessary.
• Participate actively in shift handovers, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
• Complete all required training and certifications on time.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards during all shifts.
• Communicate effectively with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• 1-2 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (GMP/GDP).
• Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Able to work in a flexible, shift-based schedule.
• Strong team player with a responsible and proactive attitude.
• Structured, accurate, and quality-oriented in work.
• Knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement principles.
