Role Description
As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance across the product lifecycle. You will play a key role in managing product safety, regulatory compliance, and supplier collaboration. 

Responsibilities
- Guide and support project teams on Quality Management Systems, including procedures, policies, and tools.
- Ensure compliance with relevant product standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IEC60335, IEC60601).
- Lead product safety and compliance activities, including risk assessments and incident handling.
- Oversee execution of product quality test plans throughout the product lifecycle.
- Act as the quality and compliance representative in project teams, ensuring all development stages meet required standards.
- Use post-market data to monitor product performance and initiate improvements or field actions as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving during design and manufacturing phases.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in quality roles within durable goods.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IEC60335-1 standards.
- Experience with Design-FMEA, Process-FMEA, and statistical tools (e.g., SPC).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across functions and locations.
