About the Role
As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will operate and monitor high-tech production lines that produce high-quality medicines in a GMP-regulated environment. You will ensure smooth production, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities
 - Operate production lines according to regulated procedures and ensure product quality.
 - Monitor, analyze, and document process data using SAP/MES.
 - Support process optimization and continuous improvement (LEAN/Six Sigma).
 - Collaborate with supervisors, line leads, and team members to achieve performance goals.
 - Identify and escalate process deviations and lead troubleshooting activities.
 - Ensure compliance, accuracy, and safety within all production processes.

Requirements
 - MBO or VAPRO A/B qualification in technical or process operations.
 - 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably GMP or ISO-certified.
 - Strong knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), and problem-solving tools.
 - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/MES and MS Office.
 - Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
 - Flexible to work in 3-shift operations, including overtime or weekends if required.
