About the Role
As a Senior Process Technician, you’ll handle complex machinery, take initiative, and work autonomously to ensure high standards in production and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as a technical operator with 3–10 years of experience.
- Proven technical skill set and knowledge of complex machinery.
- Work with and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Understand GMP areas and requirements.
- Work autonomously on improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and analyse process data.
- Preferably bring relevant education.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience as a technical operator.
- Strong technical skills and experience with complex machinery.
- Deep understanding of SOPs and GMP.
- Ability to work independently and drive improvements.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts (2- or 3-shift system).
