Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Contracts and Pricing Coordinator to join our client's global operations team. In this role, you will support the execution and governance of contracts and pricing strategies across various international markets outside the US. You will work closely with regional affiliates and internal teams to ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business goals, helping to strengthen the company's competitive position.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for affiliates and internal stakeholders regarding contracts and pricing matters within assigned markets.
- Manage inquiries and requests related to contracts and pricing, ensuring timely and accurate responses according to service standards.
- Support ongoing initiatives to improve contract and pricing processes, enhancing consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure process alignment and develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects by sharing operational insights and supporting system enhancements.
- Analyze business data to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist with training programs and share best practices to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in contract and pricing operations, finance, or business administration.
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across commercial, finance, supply chain, and operations functions.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with SAP, Vistex, Tableau, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in international, matrixed environments.
- Experience is regulated industry (Pharma/Biotech) is preferred.
- Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and experience participating in process improvement initiatives.
