Job Description
We are looking for Labeling Operator to support day-to-day production activities within a GMP environment. The Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician will work across multiple production lines (automated, semi-automated, and manual) and help ensure that safety, quality, and output targets are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and run manufacturing processes in line with approved - procedures and standard work.
- Support safe and compliant execution of activities, ensuring quality and documentation standards are followed.
- Collaborate closely with other operators and the line lead to deliver daily production targets.
- Escalate deviations, issues, or safety/quality concerns clearly and promptly, using factual communication.
- Contribute to shift handovers to ensure smooth continuity of work and clear status updates.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and ways of working.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, training obligations, and results, demonstrating accountability and maturity.
- Remain flexible to switch between lines and tasks based on operational priorities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical/GMP experience preferred).
- Comfortable working with standard operating procedures and structured ways of working.
- Good command of English (verbal and written) in an international environment.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work accurately at a consistent pace.
- Flexible mindset and willingness to work in different shift patterns.
- Proactive attitude, learning mindset, and openness to change and continuous improvement.
- Education level comparable to vocational training (MBO level 2 or similar).
- This is a 2 or 3 shift position
Other Information
This position is based on-site in the Breda area and involves working in a professional production setting with clear performance expectations around safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
