Acting as the bridge between the central project team and local business operations, you will ensure that each site is prepared for deployment, aligned with program objectives, and ready to adopt new processes and systems. Escalate critical issues where required and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges. Requirements Proven experience leading ERP deployment, implementation, or business transformation projects within manufacturing environments. Previous involvement in SAP S/4HANA rollouts, ERP migrations, cutovers, or site deployment programs. Experience working in FMCG, food manufacturing, process manufacturing, or other complex production environments. Demonstrated success managing stakeholder engagement and change management activities. Experience coordinating testing, training, and go-live support activities. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related business processes. Knowledge of one or more SAP functional areas such as Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), or Supply Chain operations.
