Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and influential Corporate Affairs Manager to oversee and manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and public relations efforts. This role involves leading initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation, enhance stakeholder relationships, and support organizational goals within the agricultural sector.

Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute corporate communication and engagement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
•    Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and media.
•    Lead and coordinate public relations efforts to promote the company's mission and activities.
•    Oversee the management of corporate branding and messaging.
•    Monitor industry trends and public policy developments relevant to the organization’s interests.
•    Manage internal and external communication channels, including media, press releases, and social media platforms.
•    Lead crisis communication efforts when necessary.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
•    Support organizational initiatives on sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
•    Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on stakeholder engagement and communication outcomes.


Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate affairs, public relations, or stakeholder management.
•    Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
•    Experience in the agricultural or related sectors is preferred.
•    Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and policies.
•    Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, including media management and reporting tools.
•    Strategic thinker with strong project management skills.
•    Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
