Job Description
We are looking for a Pricing & Contracts Specialist to join the Contract & Tender Management team. In this hands-on role, you will support cooperation with wholesale partners across the Netherlands by managing assortment and pricing updates, ensuring timely and clear customer communication, and keeping sales data accurate and up to date for business reporting.
Responsibilities
-Keep all partner-facing documentation current, including assortment and price lists, as well as pre-boards for credit and debit notes, to ensure a great customer experience.
-Support the NPI (New Product Initiations) process by understanding the required administrative steps and proactively engaging relevant teams to prevent delays.
-Monitor that the correct sales conditions are added in SAP and follow up on any pricing differences to ensure the right credit/debit documentation is created.
-Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to process monthly sales data and new customers on time, enabling commercial teams to act quickly with the latest information.
-Maintain master price lists and conditions, including assortment and article code changes, and coordinate periodic (twice yearly) updates for wholesalers.
-Manage individual wholesale price lists and discount agreements.
-Initiate SAP workflows for pricing conditions when new customer agreements are made.
-Follow up on price condition entries made by the master data team and handle any price discrepancy claims, including creating credit notes.
-Communicate and follow up with wholesalers regarding price differences, corrections, and changes.
-Handle assortment and product administration, including registering product changes and innovations on external platforms and communicating relevant updates to wholesalers.
-Monitor timely delivery of indirect data by wholesalers and ensure monthly indirect sales data is processed correctly in collaboration with Business Intelligence.
-Create new customer records when needed.
-Participate in improvement initiatives to optimise internal processes and strengthen execution for better internal and external service.
Requirements
-Completed MBO or HBO education, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
-Strong command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-Proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented.
-Structured, accurate working style with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
-Customer-friendly attitude.
-SAP experience is a plus.
