Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer to support maintenance, asset performance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will focus on improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, optimizing maintenance strategies, and supporting operational excellence across production and utility systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize reliability and maintenance strategies
- Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Apply reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RCA, and Weibull Analysis
- Improve asset performance, preventive maintenance, and spare parts management
- Monitor reliability KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, and OEE
- Support risk mitigation, safety, and GMP compliance
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Support and mentor junior engineers where needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or Asset Management
- Experience within GMP or highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull Analysis, and preventive maintenance strategies
- Experience with Maximo or other CMMS/EAM systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and safety-focused mindset
