Requirement • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Packaging, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline. • Approximately 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in packaging compliance, regulatory affairs, technical compliance, food-contact materials, or a similar field. • Strong experience with European packaging and food-contact compliance regulations. • Experience working with packaging materials in the food, food ingredients, food chemicals, or another highly regulated industry. • Knowledge of packaging and food-contact regulations, compliance assessments, and regulatory risk evaluation. • Experience with compliance documentation, including Declarations of Compliance, is highly relevant. • Familiarity with Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and related requirements. • Experience with specification management systems; knowledge of SAP PLM is an advantage. • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to develop new knowledge and processes. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams. • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is not required.
