About the Role
This role supports the continuity of production by ensuring technical equipment operates reliably. Working in a shift based environment, you will troubleshoot malfunctions, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and contribute to long term equipment reliability improvements.
Responsibilities
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production and warehouse equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and production disruptions
- Ensure equipment is correctly released back into operation after maintenance
- Identify recurring issues and report structural improvement opportunities
- Register maintenance activities in systems such as logbooks and SAP
- Support installation and site planning activities when required
- Participate in root cause analyses of technical failures
Requirements
- MBO 3 education in a technical field such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or industrial automation
- Minimum of 2 years experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical malfunctions
- Proven experience with failure analysis, equipment breakdowns, or storage related issues
- Background in food, chemical, or pharmaceutical production environments
- Electronic or automotive mechanic experience is a strong plus
- Good mechanical aptitude and hands on technical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
- GMP experience is mandatory

- Shift based role in a 5 shift rotation including nights and weekends
- On site position within a production environment
