Role Description
The Brand Finance Manager supports international brand strategy and drives financial decision making across Europe. The role combines brand finance ownership with FP and A responsibilities, partnering closely with marketing, sales and operations.
Responsibilities
- Finance partner for an international brand portfolio.
- Support brand strategy, innovation and value creation plans.
- Build and review innovation and launch business cases.
- Lead forecasting, planning and period reporting cycles.
- Track performance and deliver insights versus targets.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and digital reporting tools.
- Support leadership with financial analysis and reviews.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant finance or FP and A experience.
- Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
- Experience working cross functionally with commercial teams.
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
