Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS  Specialist to join our client’s team in Sassenheim. This interim position is initially to address immediate needs during the recruitment of permanent staff and offers flexible work arrangements. The role involves ensuring all processes and products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
-Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
-Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and policies.
-Collaborate with operational teams to identify areas for process improvement.
-Document quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
-Support ongoing training and awareness related to quality standards.
-Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements
-Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively in English.
-Flexibility to work 4 or 5 days on-site, with 32-40 hours per week.
-Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
