About the Role
As Innovation Portfolio and Project Manager, you are responsible for governing and continuously improving project and portfolio management within the innovation domain. You ensure strategic alignment, financial performance, and high quality execution of innovation projects. The role supports senior marketing and innovation leadership in shaping and delivering a coherent innovation roadmap.

Responsibilities
- Execute and promote project and portfolio governance within the innovation unit
- Create and continuously improve portfolio overviews to support decision making
- Track portfolio data, interdependencies, and governance timelines
- Provide insights into resource demand and allocation across the portfolio
- Challenge and support project managers on budgets, benefits, and planning
- Ensure correct and consistent use of portfolio management tools and data cycles
- Support the Innovation Board with portfolio performance and benefits realization
- Translate lessons learned into improved forecasting and value prediction

Requirements
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- More than 10 years of experience in project and portfolio management
- Proven experience with innovation portfolios and stage gate processes
- Strong analytical skills including business cases and benefits tracking
- Hands on experience with PPM tools and portfolio systems
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to coach and challenge project managers
- Structured, proactive, and quality driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English

- Temporary replacement with possibility of permanent employment
- Hybrid working model with 2 days on site and 3 days from home
- Experience in food or dairy industry is a plus
- Consulting or transformation background is a strong advantage
