About the Role
This role focuses on ensuring the visual quality of pharmaceutical products through detailed inspection activities. You will play a critical role in safeguarding product integrity by identifying defects in vials and ampoules. The position requires precision, focus, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced production environment.

Responsibilities
- Visually inspect vials and ampoules for defects and blemishes
- Perform inspections on filled and freeze dried products
- Execute manual and semi automatic inspection activities
- Ensure products meet required quality standards and regulations
- Follow written procedures and inspection instructions accurately
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain consistent inspection accuracy at a fast rhythmic pace

Requirements
- Strong math skills including counting adding subtracting dividing percentages and rounding
- Ability to make very precise movements with steady hands
- Capability to work at a fast and repetitive pace
- Ability to read understand and follow detailed procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and visual focus
- Must pass 20 20 vision screening
- Must pass color blindness screening
- Comfortable working in a regulated production environment
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written
