Role description
As an interim Business Product Manager, you provide senior business ownership for CRM and commercial enablement initiatives. The role focuses on direction, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment to ensure commercial impact and continuity during transformation.
Responsibilities
- Act as business owner for CRM and commercial enablement initiatives
- Set clear business intent and priorities
- Align senior stakeholders across business and technology
- Drive value based decisions and trade offs
- Safeguard customer experience during change
- Provide strategic guidance on scalable commercial engagement
- Line manage and coach two Product Owners
- Ensure initiatives align with enterprise outcomes
Requirements
- 10 plus years of relevant experience
- Strong sales and commercial background
- Proven CRM experience in a B2B environment
- Experience with commercial and customer facing platforms
- Strong stakeholder and governance skills
- Project and transformation management experience
- Coaching and leadership capabilities
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
