Job Description:
Our client is looking for an Assistant HRBP to support the delivery of key HR services across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the heart of HR operations and combining people support with strong process and data management. The successful candidate will help ensure that employee lifecycle activities run smoothly, data remains accurate, and stakeholders receive the right support during a period of change and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad range of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and leave administration
- Maintain accurate HR data and support the quality of information held in HR systems
- Support organization and position management activities
- Provide guidance on HR policies and assist with employment-related matters
- Help coordinate and support employee relations cases
- Contribute to restructuring and change-related HR activities at employee level
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support HR priorities across different teams and locations
- Partner with colleagues to extract, review, and interpret HR data to support decision-making
- Provide practical support on business-critical HR projects as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or similar people-focused roles
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
- Experience working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data
- Understanding of employee relations and employment-related processes
- Good knowledge of Dutch employment law
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong Excel skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities
