Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join the Sales & Operations Planning team. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining optimal supply network plans for a designated portfolio of products, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations within the supply chain.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and continuously optimize tactical supply plans covering 1 to 18 months, balancing demand, inventory levels, and production capacities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, demand planning, logistics, finance, and customer fulfillment to align plans and resolve issues.
- Identify constraints and opportunities in the supply network to support the S&OP process, performing scenario analyses and providing insights for decision-making.
- Monitor plant performance, capacity, and maintenance schedules; discuss these with plant managers regularly.
- Manage inventory levels, including replenishment, controlling aging stock, and obsolescence management.
- Analyze deviations from plans, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead or participate in supply chain projects focused on improvements, new product introductions, or process optimization.
- Ensure continuous improvement in planning systems, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain and production planning within FMCG or Food industries.
- Proven experience with SAP (especially SAP R/3, APO DP/SNP); Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and effective communication.
- Practical, flexible, and adaptable with a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.

Other Information:
This role is a hybrid position for 1 year, with an initial contract of 9 months plus a possible 3-month extension. The role requires working at least once per week at the Borculo plant.
