About the Role
This position is focused on managing operational activities within a highly regulated manufacturing setting. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading teams, ensuring process adherence, supporting production performance, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role is hands-on, on-site, and requires strong leadership within a complex operational environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within the production environment
- Lead and coach operational teams, ensuring output and quality targets are met
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures
- Collaborate with cross functional departments to support continuous operations
- Support a safe and compliant working environment
- Participate in operational reviews and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to business continuity and resource planning
- Represent the department in audits and operational meetings

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong operational understanding of GMP environments
- Dutch required, English preferred
- Experience leading teams in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment

Other Information
- On site presence required 4 days per week
