About the role
This interim position focuses on leading the implementation and optimization of the ATS within the Talent Acquisition domain. The consultant will oversee SAP SuccessFactors improvements, refine recruitment processes, and ensure smooth adoption across HR, Recruitment, and IT. The role combines system implementation, project management, and change management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors as the primary ATS
- Coordinate implementations, updates, and system improvement initiatives
- Design and improve recruitment processes and workflows
- Create and update SOPs, user guides, and process documentation
- Lead change management activities for new tools and processes
- Support broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
- Collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment, IT, and additional stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience with ATS implementations within large organizations
- Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS/CRM systems
- Background in HR or recruitment system implementations
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and TA processes
- Project management experience within HR or Talent Acquisition
- Experience in change management and process optimization
- Ability to develop SOPs and structured documentation
- Solid stakeholder management across multiple teams
- Fluent in Dutch and English
